Info About the 2004 Movement

AKA: 27mm Watch Movement 17 Jewels Automatic Mechanical Movement 2004 Adjustment Radiation Pattern Watch Movement 2 Time Zones

Movement is 27.1 x 5.96mm

Crown is 4.4x2mm

Energy reserve seems to be 27hrs,

BPH: 21600

If you dont know what your looking at, to sum it up, the movement is 33 seconds a day too fast, so in 2 days, your watch will read 1 min fast. There is more on the graph than that but for day to day use, I think thats all thats important.

Build

Note: these are not exact, read the instructions and understand them before starting

Print with supports under the arms, Make the hole for the crown’s stem bigger with a small drill, till the thick part of the stem easily fits thru, and sand down the side, it prob’s got

Bend the side of the Watch hands slowly till it fits well on the 2004 movement.

Remove the plastic film on the back of the Tempered Glass, and the secret film too:

The movement is friction fit to the underbody, align the holes of the movement and 3d print so the crown can fit, Put the hands on the watch.

Put the glass into the main body, and push the underbody into the main body, now you can cut the crown acordingly, push the crown in.

now you can put the spring bars, and strap on. done!
